How Nature Can Help Us Heal our Grief

Saturday, November 4th at 10am PT / 1pm ET

You are invited to join us at The Nature of Grief for our November workshop on the ways that nature offers us comfort in our grief.

The natural world can be a balm to soothe your grief-aching soul. Whether it is peacefully watching a slow gentle sunrise or noticing the birds in your own backyard, leaning into the beauty and wonder of nature can bring you soul-nourshing comfort throughout your grief journey.

Finding comfort in our grief can feel like an impossibility at times. And yet the natural world awaits to comfort us with wonder and awe. Even small doses of time noticing and experiencing nature can bring you deeper connection to yourself and moments of ease after loss.

Join us on Saturday, November 4th at 10:00am Pacific for a special exploration of the many ways that nature can bring you comfort after loss.

In our time together you’ll learn:

  • A nature-inspired meditation designed to ground, nurture, and center you

  • The one “secret balm” I return to for soothing and comfort on my own grief path

  • A special “Nature of Grief” practice to add to your toolbox of healing rituals
